FIRST DAY OF SUMMER ~~ 2017

Hello Gang. I hope you all had a great Wednesday. 
We kicked off the Summer by heading to the Dog Park for a good Swim.. Just me and Mom.. (well I swam, she took pictures and threw the ball) BOL!!!
   It was a lovely day. 80 Degree's and mostly sunny... 


I was very happy to go.  Was even HAPPIER that my 2 Dorky Sisters stayed home!!

As usual MOM had to eat lunch first... (altho to be honest.. I wasn't complaining much)

We went to one of our Favorite Places.. Panda Express

Pretty tasty if I do say so myself..

As always...  Miss Lab Manners says to LICK THE BOWL CLEAN!!!

Mom got a Fortune Cookie.....  ALWAYS Listen to the Cookie!!!!

With both our tummys full.... Well "Her's " A bit more than Mine....    we were off to the Park..

So what ya think Mom.. How about slipping in that "Prince"  CD for us.. 

I honestly think we hit EVERY red light from home to the Water Park...  Grrrrr
Mom used these breaks for Photo Ops..

As you can see I was more interested in making the little kid in the Car next to us Laugh with my Adorable Smile..   :)  

Get a Move on Traffic...   I need to get Moist!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (( water rules ))
Finally we pulled up to the Park...    I couldn't wait to get out and jump in!!!

Me.. at the Park as Happy as I can be... NO Sisters.. Just Me.. Mom & My Tennis Ball!!!

I TRIED Not to "run" too much.... But a Labs gotta "move"...
Sure hate this Dumb Old Knee...

Nothing like coming out of the Water.. I felt like a chick on BAYWATCH....

Mom said I HAD to rest... SO I did.... for about ONE minute ...I laid down...
Hey.. I rested....................

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it was to swim and NOT be bothered by The "GrueSomeTwosome"  

I love my Tennis Ball.. and I love the park..

As I get older I cherish every second I get to spend with my Mom (and Dad) ..
I want them to always remember me as the Happy Water, ball loving girl that I am!!! 

Mom says Sorry she looks so sweaty & ugly.... but the heat is VERY hard on her the past year or so..  (something about Men.. Pausing or  something)  BOL!!
I told her DON'T WORRY Mom.... No ones looking at YOU any way...   ;)

Sadly it was time to head home....   I hoped Mom would stop for a Sundae some place.. but she brought up my recent ONE  POUND weight gain again...
Sheesh................  Give me a break...............


I watched out the window a while...

But Finally rested my head on the pillow and slept... Dreaming of course of The Dog Park AND My handsome Boy Friend Coachie!!!!    :)

So.. that was my day...  My First Day of Summer....
Hoping for ALOT more swim days.. Either with Just me and Mom.....   Me, Mom & Dad...
and even with my 2 pain in the butt sisters..
Hey.. If I get wet.. I can put up with even THEM..
